Since 2009, Ladd has been instrumental in managing the development, marketing, and growth of Stephanie Gasparovic & Associates, Inc. With his background and understanding of real estate law, Ladd has been able to help many builders and developers navigate the complicated maze of building and development in the new world of foreclosure and bankruptcy that have been so prevalent since the “mortgage meltdown.” Ladd is a tennis enthusiast and a proud father of daughter Milena and new son Mats Patrick Gasparovic.
My name is Kim Lewis and I have been happily living here in Hampstead, North Carolina since January of 2011. Originally a California native, my husband and I moved to North Carolina on military orders and have been enjoying the Carolina beaches ever since! We don’t have children, but I must admit, I have quite an obsession with dogs, and was able to convince my husband we needed to adopt two rescue pups; now our fur babies!
I graduated from Hayward State University with a bachelors in Liberal Arts with a Minor in Sign Language, then went on to earn my Masters of Special Education from Chapman University. I worked within the school systems for 15 years specializing in children with special needs and worked an additional 4 years in behavioral support for children within child development centers and youth programs. Although I loved the children, families, and teachers I worked with, it was time for a new challenge; a new chapter.
When my husband and I originally moved to North Carolina, our agent at made our transition into a new state a comforting and positive experience. I truly enjoyed working with our agent which is why after 20 years in one field, I decided to step out of my comfort zone and into a new career that allows me to help make the process of buying and selling homes for people and families as warm and welcoming as my experience was. I would love to serve you and your family and give you a piece of mind that your experience working with Reach Properties of Keller Williams will be a positive and enjoyable one!

"Nicole has been nothing but ethical, professional and meticulous in the performance of her duties as a seller's agent. She went above and beyond her duties as an agent to insure the sale of our home. Nicole concentrated her efforts to ascertain that we were protected from any possible contingencies that would prevent closing the deal."

"Laura has worked with us for several months, helping us find a home to purchase. She was always available when we saw a home we wanted to look at. She gave us recommendations for our home search. Very professional and knowledgeable. She helped us through the whole process, helping us find inspectors, etc. She went to the closing with us as well. Laura ended up becoming a good friend in the process. We will recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home."
