Standard Closing Costs

There are standard costs associated with closing the sale of a house.

Your Lender will provide you a detailed estimate of typical closing costs. In North Carolina, the Buyer is responsible for paying the majority of the closing costs. Many times, we negotiate a flat fee amount of closing costs the Seller pays to offset this amount. This is fully negotiable between the parties. As REACH negotiates the sales contract for you we will work to limit the number of closing costs you are responsible for. And we will walk you through the fees, answering any questions you may have.
